  • We DO NOT have our own dispatch system.
  • For this reason, YOU MUST TAKE the following into account:
  1. When making an online purchase, and depending on the commune where you live, YOU CHOOSE THE TRANSPORT COMPANY (courier) that will be responsible for delivering your order.
  2. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CORRECTLY WRITE DOWN YOUR CONTACT EMAIL WHEN MAKING YOUR PURCHASE, AND BE AWARE OF IT , because IT IS THERE (to your email) where the same transport company that you chose will send you ALL the information so that YOU CAN TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT YOURSELF.
